Just a hint of cranberry

To start off our new blog, we have decided to present you with a fabulous and all natural, cranberry lip gloss recipe.

                                               You will need:

  •                          1 tbs of Almond oil
  •                          10 Fresh cranberries
  •                          1 tsp of Honey

                                                                 INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together all of the ingredients and place them in the microwave or heat resistant container. Heat in the microwave or water bath until the mixture just begins to boil (1-2 minutes). Stir well and gently mash the berries. Let your gloss sit for 5 minutes. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove all pieces of cranberry. Stir and allow gloss to cool completely. When cool, spoon into a clean container. Fresh cranberries give this gloss a hint of color and natural flavor. If you prefer more shine, you can mix up to one teaspoon of petroleum jelly into the finished product.
